A small group of people from many countries are traveling by bike on a trip around the world to spread the idea of peace. They are starting from Pakistan and the group includes several doctors and a variety of people who care about the world. At thinkPEACE, we believe all steps, small or large are important to promote the idea that peace is possible!

The Carter Center
After serving as President, Jimmy Carter had a vision to address social and humanitarian issues. He formed the "Carter Center", an organization that became a tremendous force in promoting and taking action on humanitarian issues. To this day, he puts on his overalls and actively participates in building homes for the economically disadvantaged through his "Habitat for Humanity" program. Awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, Jimmy Carter stands as a force for World Peace--working from "bottom up" to create a wide base of meeting human needs.
